Privacy Policy

What this site collects, what it does not, and your choices.

JAFA collects as little as the site can run on. This page says exactly what that means, in plain language.

What we collect

Server logs record the IP address, user agent and requested page of each visit for security and capacity planning; they rotate automatically. The newsletter stores the email address you submit, for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter.

What we do not collect

No accounts, no profiles, no sale of personal data to anyone. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Third-party requests

Live scores and league tables load in your browser directly from ESPN's public API, and fonts load from Google Fonts; both providers see the standard request metadata any web request carries (IP address, user agent). Neither receives anything else from us.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Preferences that need to persist (none currently) would use local storage on your own device.

Your choices

Unsubscribe links appear in every newsletter. For any data question — including deletion of a newsletter address — use the contact page; requests are answered within 30 days.
